BMW reacted like a bear with sore head today, and who could blame them. With news still breaking that the company had lost it's prestigious Imperial Mark.

The Company, which Z3 had earned the mark to begin with, had apparently failed to impress the Imperial Mark Commission with the new and somewhat odd looking Z4.

Sources within the company said "Of course we are sad at losing the Mark, but we fully believe in the Z4, and will be appealing the outcome". The appeal will most likely require another Imperial Mark Commissioner to review the company and product.
